In our commitment to quality, we boast some of the most sophisticated testing facilities available. Our equipment includes a spectral analyzer for precise rubber material chemical composition testing, alongside machines for tensile strength, impact value, and hardness testing. Our arsenal also comprises a magnetic particle testing machine, a sandblasting unit, and state-of-the-art heat treatment equipment. Within our precision machining workshop, we house 23 advanced CNC lathes, 10 vertical CNC boring and milling centers, and a horizontal boring and milling center imported from Korea. Furthermore, we possess two general milling machines, two general lathes, a grinder, 10 drilling and tap machines, two semi-automatic saws, and a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Our quality control is enhanced with a projector, a machining surface quality testing machine, and a Mahr altitude instrument. We ensure exceptional precision with product tolerances maintained under 0.01mm and testing machine accuracy reaching an impressive 0.005mm.
